2024 Liberation Day is here!

Liberation Day is just around the corner, and I can hardly wait!

As we gear up to celebrate the 79th anniversary of Jersey’s liberation on May 9th, I'm feeling incredibly proud and reflective. This day marks when our island was freed from occupation, a pivotal moment in our history that shaped the Jersey we know and love today.

Let’s cherish this opportunity to reflect on our past, celebrate our freedom, and enjoy the sense of community that makes Jersey so special. Whether you're planning to attend the parades, enjoy the reenactments, or simply spend time with family and friends, let’s make this Liberation Day one to remember.

Hope to see many of you out and about, celebrating our island’s spirit and freedom!
